Downer & Co., a prominent merger-and-acquisitions boutique consultancy, chose us to help reach small business owners who might be considering selling all or part of their companies. Here’s what we did:

  • We secured an editorial placement with Inc. magazine, the “bible” of company founders and company builders.
  • Then we set to work interviewing Downer principals who specialize in sell-side activities and writing a crisp and compelling article to showcase their point of view.

The resulting article—titled “Selling Smart When Selling Off”— presents Downer as an expert advisor on selling a business and fuels the company’s content marketing efforts.
